Designed for easy access, the program features engaging chapters that families can complete twice a week, each one encompassing a video lesson on important health topics, interactive activities, nutritious recipes to try, physical activity suggestions, and a goal tracking worksheet. Our mission is to empower families with health education and nutrition education, allowing them to lead healthier lives together. Families have the flexibility to self-enroll, and providers are also welcome to refer patients and families to participate in this enriching experience.
