MOVE! Weight Management Program in Waukee, IA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and provided with tailored weight management services to meet their individual needs. We offer a range of options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for support from home. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management or access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional help.
