Located in Waukee, IA, the Mother & Baby Program is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive short-term treatment for women facing Perinatal Mood Disorders. Our program is specifically designed for pregnant and postpartum women, offering vital services such as group therapy, psychiatric counseling, and parenting education, all aimed at fostering mental wellness. We also provide nutritional education, case management, and medication guidance to support mothers in their journey. For women with Medicaid or no insurance, referrals from local Community Mental Health providers are required to access our resources. To ensure that mothers can focus on their recovery, those with children under 8 months are welcome to bring their child and receive assistance with childcare during program hours, reflecting our commitment to family-centered care.
