The Meal Support Program in Webster City, IA, offers compassionate, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the complexities of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our live, facilitated virtual group meals provide a nurturing environment where participants can share a meal and receive nutritional guidance alongside peers who understand their journey. With meal support sessions available four times a day, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, individuals can easily fit our services into their daily routines. Each session is led by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, supporting participants on their path to healing and well-being.
