Located in West Des Moines, IA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and specialized supplies. Our mission is to ensure that low-income individuals have access to critical resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
