The I-Smile Program is dedicated to promoting dental and oral health for children up to age 21 and pregnant women in West Des Moines, IA, along with central Dallas and Polk counties, and eastern Clinton and Jackson counties. We offer essential services, including oral health screenings, education on nutrition and oral health, fluoride varnish applications, and referrals for comprehensive dental care. Our mission is to support families in accessing the dental resources they need, whether it's finding a compatible dentist, securing Medicaid coverage, scheduling appointments, or providing transportation and translation services. We are here to ensure that every child and expectant mother in our community has a dental home that prioritizes their health and wellbeing.
