Supportive Services for BIPOC Sex Workers is a vital organization based in West Des Moines, Iowa, dedicated to empowering Black, Indigenous, and People of Color in the sex trades. Our collective, led by performers and sex workers, emphasizes inclusive leadership, ensuring that voices from the community shape our direction and services. We are committed to providing essential labor advocacy, financial assistance, and access to comprehensive mental health, medical care, and legal support, specifically designed to uplift and support People of the Global Majority.
