The Meal Support Program in Winterset, IA, is dedicated to providing compassionate meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating their recovery from eating disorders. Our program offers free, accessible, and informed meal sessions designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can share meals in a virtual, drop-in format. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants have the flexibility to join as often as their schedules allow. Each meal support session is led by experienced nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, who are working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on creating a supportive space for outpatient recovery, it's important to note that we do not provide urgent care or crisis support; for those in need of immediate assistance, please reach out to the appropriate emergency services.
