The MOVE! Weight Management Program in American Falls, ID is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and provide tailored referrals to essential weight management services. We offer a range of care options designed to meet individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home support.
