MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Boise, ID, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive health promotion initiative focused on weight management. Our mission is to screen every Veteran accessing VA facilities annually for obesity, ensuring they receive the necessary support and referrals to effective weight management services tailored to their individual preferences and needs. We offer a variety of practical care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and telehealth services through TeleMOVE!, alongside the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who want to manage their weight independently. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
