Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals through comprehensive programs such as the National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP), Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), YouthBuild (YB), High School Equivalency (HEP), and the Workforce Investment Act - Section 167.
