Located in Caldwell, ID, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and offered tailored referrals for weight management solutions that align with their individual needs and preferences. Our program features a variety of options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer greater independence, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, Veterans struggling with weight-related challenges can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring other options within the program.
