The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Cascade, ID, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free, and accessible 12-month journey of learning and management. Our program offers six informative e-booklets tailored to meet participants at their individual stages of understanding diabetes, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and community resources available in both English and Spanish.
