Located in Cascade, ID, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission encompasses the annual screening of every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and facilitating access to a variety of tailored services that meet their unique needs. We offer diverse options such as group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to track their progress. Additionally, we provide options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges despite engaging with MOVE!
