Located in Cascade, ID, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are in outpatient treatment. Our virtual drop-in group meals occur four times daily, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for those navigating their recovery journey. Led by dedicated nutrition practitioners training for their CNS certification, each session emphasizes the importance of nutrition while fostering a safe space for open conversation and connection among participants. Individuals approved for the program can join as many meal times as their schedule allows, creating flexible options for support during this critical phase of recovery.
