About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Cottonwood, ID, provides compassionate, free meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating their outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our program facilitates live, virtual drop-in group meals, offering a welcoming environment where participants can come together to consume nutritious meals with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. With sessions available four times daily—twice for lunch and twice for dinner—participants can join as often as they wish, creating a routine that fits their individual needs. While we focus on essential meal support, we encourage those in crisis to seek immediate assistance through appropriate services. Our mission is to make nutritional support accessible, fostering a sense of community and healing among those facing the challenges of recovery.
