WICAP Community Collaborative, located in Council, ID, is dedicated to providing essential emergency services to individuals and families facing urgent challenges. Our comprehensive range of support includes emergency food assistance, utility and rental assistance, motel and gas vouchers, eviction prevention, and emergency shelter. We also offer clothing and vital resources for transportation needs, as well as life skills classes and money management support. Through supportive case management and referrals to partner organizations for legal, medical, dental, and financial assistance, we strive to help those in crisis regain stability. In addition, our disaster relief services and intervention programs for abuse victims ensure that no one has to face their struggles alone.
