Our program is designed for those recently diagnosed, caregivers, or anyone preparing for dialysis, providing essential insights into chronic kidney disease (CKD). Participants will learn about the symptoms and stages of CKD, nutritious dietary choices, coping mechanisms, and available treatment options, including home dialysis. With a variety of accessible formats—online, video conference, phone calls, or in-person sessions—our mission is to ensure that every individual has the resources and knowledge needed to navigate their kidney health with confidence and dignity.
