The Meal Support Program in Declo, ID, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Through live, virtual drop-in group meals, we create a nurturing space where participants can enjoy nutritious food while receiving essential guidance and camaraderie. With four daily meal support sessions available—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals are welcome to attend as frequently as their schedules allow. Each session is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are committed to providing informed support as they work toward their CNS certification.
