Located in Driggs, ID, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with diverse treatment options tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides tools to track progress independently. Additionally, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges.
