The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Eagle, ID, is dedicated to training and empowering passionate individuals to become advocates for a just and sustainable food system. Our program offers comprehensive education in organic food systems without tuition fees, ensuring that this valuable experience is accessible to all. Fellows engage in hands-on learning at our picturesque farm, where they work to grow and distribute diverse crops, implement innovative health education initiatives, and maintain community gardens. Through mentoring and support, we aim to foster food and ecological literacy, enhance local farmers markets, and strengthen community food coalitions. The fellowship spans six months of experiential learning followed by a year of community action, where our fellows partner with local non-profit organizations to apply their knowledge and create lasting impact. Applications are open each year until March, with the fellowship running from May through October.
