The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Emmett, ID is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free, and engaging 12-month learning experience. Participants will gain valuable insights into diabetes management with resources including six targeted e-booklets and a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and community event information, available in both English and Spanish. To enhance their journey, enrollees can submit their phone numbers to join our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can ask questions directly to ADA experts, learn about the connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive supportive giveaways designed to help them thrive with diabetes.
