Located in Filer, ID, Employment and Training Services, a program of Community Council of Idaho, is dedicated to empowering farmworkers through skill development and education. Our mission is to provide essential support and resources that help individuals pursue their professional and personal goals. We offer a variety of programs, including the National Farmworker Jobs Program, Community Services Block Grant, YouthBuild, High School Equivalency Program, and more. Additionally, we assist with tuition assistance, youth counseling, and offer emergency food boxes to ensure that our community members have access to critical resources while they work towards a better future.
