The Basic Needs Pantry Project, situated in Fruitland, ID, is dedicated to supporting the youth in our local schools within the Treasure Valley region. With a focus on empowering students, we provide essential food assistance and hygiene kits through the collaboration of social workers, teachers, Community School Coordinators, and administrative staff affiliated with the schools. Our pantry offers a variety of shelf-stable foods such as canned goods, peanut butter, granola bars, and fruit cups, along with hygiene kits containing a month’s supply of vital personal care items like toothpaste, soap, and feminine hygiene products. Together, we strive to ensure that every student has access to the basic necessities they need to thrive in their academic journey.
