This free program, available in both English and Spanish, equips participants with essential knowledge and tools for effective diabetes management. Through six informative e-booklets tailored to the needs of beginners, a monthly e-newsletter featuring seasonal tips and local community resources, and access to expert Q&A sessions, individuals receive the guidance necessary to navigate their diagnosis. Participants who share their phone number can join in on these insightful sessions to ask expert questions, learn about the connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways.
