Located in Grace, ID, the Rx for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (RxFFV) program is dedicated to empowering individuals facing food insecurity, particularly those managing diabetes and prediabetes. Our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of our community members by providing access to fresh fruits and vegetables through collaborative partnerships with local clinics and retailers. Through our program, eligible families receive vouchers to shop for nutritious produce at no cost, alongside valuable nutrition education tailored to their needs. Participants, referred by their physicians, can engage in this impactful 6-month program designed to foster healthier lifestyles and improve dietary choices.
