At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Hailey, ID, we are dedicated to cultivating a new generation of leaders who advocate for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Our program offers a unique opportunity for selected Fellows to engage in six months of hands-on, experiential learning at the Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a Community Action Year where they can implement their training alongside regional non-profits. We believe in making our Farm and Food Study accessible to all, as we do not charge tuition. Through our fellowship, participants gain invaluable skills in organic food system education, grow and distribute diversified crops, implement innovative health care education, maintain community gardens, and promote food literacy in schools.
