The Meal Support Program in Heyburn, ID, provides essential, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient recovery. With four daily virtual group meal sessions, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, participants can connect in a safe, supportive environment designed to foster healing through shared nutrition. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification. This program is dedicated to empowering those in recovery by offering flexible access and the understanding that nourishment is a vital part of the healing journey.
