About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Homedale, ID, is dedicated to fostering a fair and just food system by training and empowering individuals who become advocates and educators in their communities. Our program offers comprehensive organic food system education without tuition fees, promoting accessibility for all. Selected Fellows participate in a six-month immersive experience at our farm campus, which includes hands-on learning in market-style farming, community garden maintenance, and the development of innovative health care educational sessions. Following this, they engage in a Community Action Year, applying their skills in collaboration with local non-profits to bolster food security initiatives, support farmers markets, and enhance community food literacy. We invite passionate individuals to apply by March for an enriching journey that runs from May to October, dedicated to cultivating sustainable food practices and building healthier, food-aware communities.
