Located in Horseshoe Bend, ID, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive obesity management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that align with their unique preferences and needs. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, as well as access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who require additional assistance.
