MOVE! Weight Management Program in Jerome, ID is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion approach. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, we provide the MOVE!
