MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Kamiah, ID, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through targeted weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to annually screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored referrals to a variety of weight management services. We offer diverse options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing persistent weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
