Rx for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (RxFFV) is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of food-insecure individuals in Lewiston, ID, particularly those managing diabetes and prediabetes. Through strong partnerships with local clinics and retailers, we provide essential food assistance by offering vouchers that enable eligible families to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables at no cost. Our mission also includes providing comprehensive nutrition education, empowering participants to make informed dietary choices during our 6-month program, where patients are referred by their physicians.
