The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in McCammon, ID, is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of advocates for a just food system. We provide a tuition-free, hands-on learning experience that empowers selected Fellows to engage in sustainable agricultural practices while emphasizing social, environmental, and economic justice. Throughout their six-month stay at our farm campus, Fellows receive comprehensive education on organic farming, food distribution, and community engagement. They are encouraged to collaborate with local partners to grow and market diverse crops, lead innovative health education sessions, and foster community gardens. After their fellowship, participants embark on a Community Action Year, continuing their impactful work with regional non-profits. This initiative is committed to increasing access to healthy foods and supporting community food efforts, all to promote a healthier and more equitable food system in Idaho.
