Based in McCammon, ID, the PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to easing the burdens of Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) patients by offering essential financial support for travel to see specialists. Each year, eligible PNH patients can receive up to $800 to cover travel expenses, making it easier to obtain vital second opinions or specialized care. The funds can be utilized for airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and even co-pays for medical visits or tests not covered by insurance. We understand the importance of having a supportive companion during such journeys; therefore, our program allows patients to travel with one accompanying individual using grant funds. Our mission is to ensure that financial constraints do not stand in the way of receiving necessary medical attention.
