MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Middleton, ID, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to conduct annual screenings for obesity among all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities and to connect individuals with tailored weight management solutions that suit their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for a more independent approach to weight loss. For those who require additional assistance after participating in MOVE!, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Interested Veterans are encouraged to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey towards better health.
