Located in Montpelier, Idaho, the Rx for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (RxFFV) program is dedicated to empowering food-insecure individuals living with diabetes and prediabetes. Our mission is to enhance access to fresh produce, allowing families to make healthier choices. Through our partnerships with local clinics and retailers, we provide vouchers for fresh fruits and vegetables at no cost to participating households. Alongside this practical support, we offer nutrition education to equip individuals with the knowledge to manage their health effectively. To join the program, eligible participants must be referred by a physician and can take part in our comprehensive 6-month initiative focused on both nourishment and well-being.
