To enhance their journey, enrollees receive a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and valuable resources in both English and Spanish, along with information about local community events. Participants who provide their phone number are invited to our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, offering a platform to address diabetes-related questions with ADA experts, explore the critical link between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways to aid in their health journey.
