The Meal Support Program at Mountain Home Afb, ID, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. We facilitate live, virtual group meals where participants can come together in a safe, supportive environment to share nutrition and encouragement. With meal support times scheduled four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, participants have the flexibility to attend sessions that fit their schedules. Each meal support session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners who are undergoing training to achieve their CNS certification. Our program focuses on offering practical meal support while fostering community and understanding; however, please note that this is not a crisis intervention service.
