MOVE! Weight Management Program, located at Mountain Home Afb, ID, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiative. Our mission is to systematically screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing tailored referrals to various weight management services that align with individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home assistance. Veterans interested in a self-directed approach can leverage the MOVE!
