Rx for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (RxFFV) is dedicated to combating food insecurity among individuals with diabetes and prediabetes in Mountain Home, ID. We provide valuable vouchers that allow eligible families to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables at no cost, ensuring they have the resources needed to manage their health. Additionally, our program includes nutrition education to empower participants in making healthier food choices.
