The Meal Support Program in Mountain Home, ID, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming space where participants can consume nutritious meals with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, all while fostering a supportive community. With four meal support sessions daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, individuals have the flexibility to join as fits their schedules, allowing for enhanced recovery through shared meals.
