The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Naples, ID, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in sustainable food practices. Our program empowers Fellows through hands-on training and education focused on building a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. With no tuition fees, we promote accessibility for all aspiring advocates. Participants engage in a six-month immersive experience at our farm campus, where they learn to cultivate diverse crops, manage community gardens, and implement innovative health education programs. Additionally, Fellows will support farmers markets and develop initiatives that enhance access to nutritious foods within their communities. Following their training, they will apply their skills during a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profits to drive impactful change.
