By partnering with local clinics and retailers, we provide vital food assistance through our program, which offers participants vouchers for fresh fruits and vegetables at no cost. Our commitment extends beyond just access; we also provide essential nutrition education to empower families to make healthier choices. Participants are referred by healthcare providers and can enjoy six months of access to shop for nourishing produce, aiding them in managing their health conditions effectively.
