MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in New Meadows, ID, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to personalized weight management services tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including group support sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home guidance. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management or explore medical weight loss options like medications and bariatric surgery for those facing ongoing challenges.
