MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Orofino, ID, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year, providing access to a variety of effective treatment options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of services, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, in-home support through TeleMOVE!, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options after exploring MOVE! resources. To participate in the MOVE! program, we encourage Veterans to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey towards better health.
