Rx for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (RxFFV) is dedicated to empowering individuals with diabetes and prediabetes in Payette, ID, by offering vital food assistance focused on improving access to fresh fruits and vegetables. Through collaborative partnerships with local clinics and retailers, our program provides participants with vouchers to shop for fresh produce at no cost, ensuring they can make healthier choices. Additionally, we offer essential nutrition education to support participants in managing their health effectively.
