The Meal Support Program in Pinehurst, ID, is dedicated to providing free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over 16 in outpatient care. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming and safe environment for clients to join together in nourishment, facilitating peer support and encouragement during the recovery journey. Offering four daily meal support sessions, including two lunch and two dinner times, participants can choose to attend as many sessions as their schedule allows, fostering a consistent routine. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program as they work towards their CNS certification. We emphasize the importance of community during recovery; however, please note that this program is not designed for urgent care.
