Located in Plummer, ID, the Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive and accessible 12-month initiative. Our free program, available in both English and Spanish, empowers participants with essential knowledge and resources for effective diabetes management. Enrollees receive six informative e-booklets tailored to their learning journey, as well as a monthly e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips and community resources. We also host a monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where participants can connect directly with ADA experts to address their diabetes-related questions, gain insights on heart health, and access helpful giveaways designed to foster a healthy lifestyle.
