The Meal Support Program in Plummer, ID, provides compassionate, free, and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can enjoy meals together, fostering a sense of community during their healing journey. With sessions available four times a day, individuals can choose to join as many times as their schedule allows, receiving guidance from nutrition practitioners enrolled in the Clinician’s Incubator training program as they work towards their CNS certification.
